£300 payment to cover the following:

• Return flights to Belfast
• Hotel accommodation
• Travel within Northern Ireland
• All entrance fees, guiding and itinerary-based activities.

Please note this payment does NOT include meals/food or travel to and from the mainland airport.

You can pay the full amount of £300 now (by selecting all three options), or you can pay in three instalments as follows:

£100 deposit by 21^st October

£100 by 1^st February 2023

£100 by 28^th April 2023 as final payment

If we cancel the trip you will be refunded in full.  If you cancel your place on the trip a refund will only be made if the reason for the cancellation is due to serious unforeseen circumstances such as illness or bereavement.   The decision to refund the fees under such circumstances will be at the discretion of the School.  If you cancel due to illness or injury this must be evidenced by a Medical Note from your GP/medical professional.  Evidence to support contraction of COVID will be accepted in the form of a Medical Note or a PCR/LFT test result
