Online payment policy Payment can be completed through either credit or debit card, with the payment kept safe and secure. Customers will be able to book 1 working day and above, in advance. On completion of the transaction, a confirmation email will be sent to their designated email account.
Payment cancellation policy Customers must inform the Surrey Human Performance Institute of their intent to reschedule their appointment within 24 hours to avoid loss of deposit, if there is no intent to reschedule within 24 hours of notice, customers will lose 50% of the amount paid. If no contact is made until after the appointment time (no-show), the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
