Additional ItemsMore InformationCancellation policy 1. Cancellation Notice: Employers who wish to cancel their registration must notify us in writing. The cancellation will be considered effective on the date the written notice is received. 2. Refund Eligibility: Employers cancelling their registration at least 30 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Refund Amount: For cancellations that meet the eligibility criteria, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method provided at the time of registration. 4. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the Careers Fair are not eligible for a refund. We encourage employers to confirm their availability before completing registration. 5. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will only be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances and are subject to the discretion of the event organisers.
