This fourth international conference on service user and carer co-production in higher education continues the conversation on meaningful, authentic partnership in professional healthcare education. This year's theme ‘Leading Together: Embedding Lived Experience in the Future of Healthcare’, invites service users, carers, students, educators and healthcare professionals to explore how collaborative leadership can shape the future of education and practice. Through open dialogue, critical reflection and shared learning, we will celebrate innovative approaches to co-production, examine emerging opportunities and challenges, and consider how collective expertise can drive sustainable, inclusive and impactful change. We will look to explore how co-production can remain at the forefront of educational innovation, ensuring that diverse voices continue to influence and shape the future of healthcare education.
