Accommodation

Optional en-suite Stag Hill Campus accommodation can be booked at £58 per night (single rooms only, with welcome tea tray provided)
Accommodation is available for Friday 13 June and/or Saturday 14 June 2025. If you require additional nights please contact alumni@surrey.ac.uk to make special arrangements.

Refunds

To receive a refund you must cancel within ten (10) working days of the event by contacting alumni@surrey.ac.uk. For cancellations received less than 10 days before the event, there will be no refund.

Refunds are not offered for non-attendance at an event. We cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending an event.

Requests for refunds will be considered on an individual basis, and refunds are issued at the discretion of the Advancement Office. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration. 

All refund requests may only be made by the person who made the original booking or by the credit/debit card holder.

Cancellations

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, it will not be possible to reschedule to a new date this year. In the case of cancellation, you will be notified about refund options available to you.

The University of Surrey reserves the right to cancel an event due to low registrations which would make the event non-viable. In this instance a refund will be made.

For all tickets purchased the £5 donation to the Forever Surrey Fund, which is included in the price, will not be refunded.
