Detailed Description
This 12-week programme is designed to fit around your business commitments, with sessions running on Wednesday afternoons, combining:
- Online expert-led sessions
- In-person practice-based workshops, held at Surrey Business School
- Peer group discussions
- One-to-one mentoring
- Independent learning activities.
The programme will cover the following topics:
- Strategic leadership and decision-making
- Innovation and business growth
- Financial management and sustainability
- Digital transformation and technology adoption
- Marketing and customer engagement
- Building high-performing teams
- Operational efficiency and productivity
- Responsible and inclusive business practices.
A full refund will be given to participants in the following circumstances:
- When the participant withdraws before the module two workshop
- When the course is postponed
- When the course is cancelled
When part of the course is cancelled, course fees are refunded pro-rata.
No refund will be offered if the participant breaks the Help to Grow terms and conditions, or when the participant withdraws after the module two workshop.
