Replacement of Original Award Certificate. Conditions apply.
The Assessment and Awards Office is responsible for issuing award certificates to all University of Surrey, University of Surrey Roehampton and Associated Institution students.
Replacements can only be issued in cases where the original has been irretrievably lost. In view of this, those applying for replacements are reminded that this application constitutes a declaration that this is true.
In order to obtain a replacement certificate, you must provide relevant information prior to payment. Should you have any queries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering through the online store.
There is a fee of £45 for this service. On receipt of your payment and satisfactory response to the mandatory questions, the new original certificate will be sent to the address provided when you register with the online store.
