Description(5-day/4-night trip to Paris including Disneyland with associated teaching, learning and research activities) Please note this payment does NOT include meals/food or travel to and from your home and London’s Eurostar station. Payment schedule for this trip is: £100 commitment by the end of Week Two (Friday 16th February) £150 payment by Friday 12th April or earlier £250 payment by the end of term (Friday 7th June) or earlier.

Additional ItemsMore InformationThis is an overseas trip and insured under the University’s PA and Travel policy, any claim for cancellation/curtailment/re-arrangement related loss of travel costs, due to illness or injury, would have to be evidenced by a medical note from a GP/medical professional. Evidence to support contraction of Covid has to be submitted either by way of a Medical Note or an independent/private PCR test. Home LFT tests which are then logged on the NHS website are NOT considered as sufficient evidence to support claims. Cancellation by Us: If We cancel the Event due to an event within Our reasonable control, We will provide a full refund of the Fees to the extent these have been received by Us. If We cancel the Event due to an event outside of Our reasonable control, no refund will be payable. We cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel costs You may have incurred, and we suggest You obtain suitable insurance cover. Cancellation by You: If You wish to cancel Your place at an Event, none of the Fees will be refunded, save that the University reserves the right to provide You with a full refund of the Fees under serious, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to serious illness or bereavement. The decision to refund the Fees under such circumstances is at the University’s full discretion. Any supporting documentation must be translated if it is not in English. If you cancel due to illness or injury, this must be evidenced by a medical note from a GP/medical professional.
