Surrey Airport Welcome DescriptionWe’re pleased to offer a free-of-charge airport transfer service to new international students this September. Easing the final stage of your journey, we will transport you from London Heathrow airport directly onto campus.
Coach transfers will depart from Terminal 3 at London Heathrow and transport you directly to either Stag Hill or Manor Park campus. The transfer is free of charge for one student, up to 2 suitcases and one piece of hand luggage. Additional baggage and passengers must be booked in advance and will incur a charge. Allow at least 2 hours from your scheduled arrival into Heathrow until the coach departure time in order to clear immigration, collect your baggage, and make your way to our Terminal 3 meeting point. Transfer times may be subject to change dependent on bookings received. We will do our best to accommodate everyone with the number of vehicles at our disposal. Some transfers may be moved earlier or later to cater for as many students as possible. You will be sent a booking confirmation by email 3 days before your booking date. It will include time of your transfer, where to meet, and how to contact us in the event of a delay or any difficulty on arrival.
