The archive of the National Resource Centre for Dance (NRCD) focuses on collecting, preserving, and making available materials that represent a wide range of the UK’s theatrical, educational and theoretical dance development.  The diverse holdings date from the late 17th  century but predominantly represent the mid-19th century to the present day and include personal papers, photographs, scrapbooks, periodicals, video and film, books, costumes, set designs, and many forms of ephemera.
